First organ trafficker convicted

First organ trafficker convicted in the U.S.. Levy Izhak Rosenbaum is the first person to be convicted of trafficking human organs in the U.S . Rosenbaum admitted in court that he purchased the organs overseas and sold them to Americans for $120,000. He faces up to 20 years in prison when he's sentenced in February.
