Man denied job turns into thief, cops say. Police say a man was arrested after he allegedly stole from a retailer that denied him a job. Timothy Mandes, 23, allegedly stuffed merchandise into his pants and walked out following an unsuccessful interview with the retailer. He was arrested and charged with theft and resisting arrest.
