Michael J. Fox sings 'Johnny B. Goode', "Back to the Future" star Michael J. Fox nearly re-created a classic scene from the movie when he took the stage for "Johnny B. Goode" Saturday night. Fox reportedly surprised the crowed at his Parkinson's benefit with his last-minute performance on the guitar.
