SVU' actress scammed by accountant, Longtime business manager of "Law & Order: SVU" actress Tamara Tunie, 52,  has admitted to stealing money from the actress . Joseph Cilibrasi confessed that he opened a credit card in Tunie's name and also wrote checks from her bank accounts .
