Food products
Pepin Heights Orchards is asking consumers to discard half-gallon jugs of its Honeycrisp apple cider. Why?

All lots of Duet TRS Universal Straight and Articulating Single Use Loading Units (find out more) used in thoracic surgeries. How many deaths have been reported?
Three lots of Bedford Laboratories injectionsafter possibly hazardous particulate matter was found.

Price Chopper Supermarkets recalled its gourmet stuffed clams sold from Sept. 30 to Dec. 30 due to a labeling error.

Approximately 3,104 pounds of diced beef products due to possible foreign materials. What program was using them?
Sliced herring fillets sold in the New York City area due to possible contamination.
Electrical items
Honeywell recalled approximately 19,000 of its Surround Select portable electric heaters due to a possible burn hazard. Where were they sold?

BMW is recalling 235,535 Mini Coopers worldwide after several reports of water pump failures, which led to bigger problems in some cases.
